Campground Frequently Asked Questions

Dogs are allowed at the campground, however they are not allowed in or around any rental units. We do not allow aggressive breeds for insurance reasons, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Stafford terriers and Dobermans.

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

Yes, any site can accommodate a tent, the price is set for any camping unit. We do recommend tents go in the blue section of the map, it is closer to bathrooms and away from the freeway noise.

A standard site has water and 30 amp electric, a premium site has water, 30/50 amp electric and sewer.

Campsites are priced for 4 people, this includes adults and any children over the age of 3. You may have up to 6 people on one site, including infants. There is an additional charge for anything over 4 people.

Campsites are priced for 1 vehicle. Any extra vehicles are $10 for your stay.

All guests will be required to register and pay as a day pass holder. Please see day passes for pricing.

We take full payment when you book and have a strict no refund policy. We require a 7 or better day notice in order to receive a credit.

The boat landing is free to use. You can park your boat trailer with it's tow vehicle on the north end of the parking lot at Bullheads. You may park your boat on your site only if it fits on the pad.

You can fish right off the very spacious dock in front of Bullheads Bar and Grill. The campstore sells night crawlers and has some supplies. You can register for a fishing license online at the Wisconsin DNR website.
